Designation: – Business Development Manager

Qualification: A bachelor or Master degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development/Sales may be sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the lead generation agency, social media team regularly to improve the online campaign and get quality leads
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts, proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Develop and deliver the presentations to the HR, CEO’s or to the decision makers
- Plan, oversee and strategize the new ideas to increase the business and implement them
- Contact new and existing potential clients via email, phone or walk-in to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Contact clients in a timely manner to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Design sales goals and ensure they are met
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- An eye on industry trends locally and internationally
Essential skills:
- Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
- Need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
- Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
- Out of the Box Thinking
- Passionate about gaining and spreading knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good at Rapport building
