Designation:- Event Coordinator
Industry: Destination wedding planner & bridal makeup company
Job Location: Delhi/NCR
Qualification: degree in Commerce, Business Administration or in an equivalent field of study.
Experience: Min 4 year
Job Responsibilities:
• Working on all confirmed sale leads
• Arranging detailed itinerary for artist visits including hotel bookings, visa, logistics, event bookings, managing lists of important contacts.
• Arranging junior artists and coordinating with them for the events.
• Doing ground work for academic classes in various cities.
• Booking banquet halls for classes.
• Arranging décor, audio visuals, vendors, photographers, videographers, for the classes.
• Managing logistics and safe keeping of company assets.
• Working with event sponsors and tie ups.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Company’s products and services.
• Keeping a detailed time record of the artist.
• Maintaining the safety of artist and its assets.
• Continuous update to the artists about event flow, itinerary, payment management.
• Coordination work with the labours.
• Should be able to work within the budgets.
• Cost reduction and vendor negotiation shall be of top priority.
• Be a thought leader for the industry.
