Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
Tasks:
• Design of injection molding tools; independently according to product requirements
• Evaluation of the test readings of the component parts and derivation of appropriate procedures
• Development of corrective actions and optimizations of the injection molding tools
• Perform mold-flow analyzes
• Provide technical support of the German dept in the development process
• Maintenance of existing 3D data and drawing data sets
• Participate constantly for further development of design guidelines and standards
• Close cooperation with German interfaces, especially with Manufacturing Engineering and Tool Design depts.
Technical requirements:
• Min. 7 years of professional experience in the field of mold-making and design of injection molding tools
• Several years of experience (at least 5) in the area of design of injection molding tools
• Safe in handling hybrid products (plastic-metal)
• Profound knowledge of reel-to-reel, reel-to-piece, insert technology (insert parts)
• Know-how in the area of client´s product portfolio
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working as well as very good analytical skills
• Fast comprehension, reliability and accuracy
• High willingness to work in a team in an international environment
• Problem solving skills, commitment and flexibility
• Safe handling of 3D software, preferred with Creo 2.0.
Personal requirements:
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good English skills both in writing and speaking, Clear and understandable pronunciation.
• Experience in dealing with international customers preferable
