Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Reporting: Senior Country Sales Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidates from soldering, electronics or related industry will be favorably considered.
- Experience in SMT process is essential
- Possesses strong sales skill set and business acumen.
- Be actively involved in the pre-sales role to qualify, manage and close sales.
- Possesses high level of product and market knowledge and able to advise customers on procedures, applications and techniques,
- Has detailed knowledge of competitive situation and market trends.
- Good time management.
- Strong written/oral communication skill in English, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Independent, mature and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and able to work with a team.
- Possess good analytical, problem solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Possess a driving license with own vehicle.
- Travel about 30% throughout Asia, USA for sales meeting, training and alignment.
