Job Responsibilities:
- Looking after all Indian Operations.
- Having skill of analysing and manage the Demand and Supply.
- Responsible for the reliability and performance of PAN India order fulfillment and product deliveries.
- Responsible for driving and achieving targets for key distribution KPIs pertaining to Operations.
- Helping our largest supplier (and other suppliers in India) with the day to day running of operations and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day Operations of Logistics and Supply chain.
- Should have experience in sourcing and manufacturing of consumer goods.
Skills Required:
- This person needs to be English speaking and be experienced in the areas of sourcing and manufacturing consumer goods.
- Having good English communication and coordination skills between the company and suppliers in India. This person needs to operate day-to-day operations.
- A bit more background on what we’re looking for in addition to below. We would be looking for someone who was “Merchandiser” minded. In other words, someone who is strong with numbers in terms of demand planning.
- Fair Knowledge with MS Office and G-Drive.
