Job Role:
Devising, improving & reviewing new specifications & procedures for products or processes & training staff to use then setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers & monitoring their compliance set standards for quality health & safety.
Key Responsibility:
- Establish testing procedures for various materials based on ISO guidelines, manage laboratory testing of major incoming material, analyze test results.
- Communicate the Quality Control and assurance policy to internal teams.
- Set QA/QC Process at the site, audit regularly, maintain audit Compliance and process.
- Prepare Quality checklists for every activity and incluse them in the quality management plan.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of inline quality management system (ISO) in manufacturing process.
- Advance understanding of HACCP/ Food Safety Management System.
- Perform Regular Inspections to identify quality problems and recommend solutions
- Establishes and implements programs for quality improvement, and successful measurement criteria.
- Meets with the operational management team regularly in order to provide feedback on quality performance, trends and focus areas.
- Conduct quality monitoring and improvement activities like quality meeting, quality walk and training for continual improvement.
- Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
- Ensure all products consistently meet and pass set quality standards.
- Track, records and maintain quality assurance data.
- Report to top management on the performance of the QMS, including the need for improvement.
- Maintain 5S in shop floor.
