Job description
- Monitoring Inquiry generation by sales executive.
- Assigning daily activities to sales executives based on lead bank
- Constant follow up with the executives & customers – for finalisation of order
- Understand client requirements in detail and suggest appropriate solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of various water treatment systems – Clarifiers, Settlers, Filters, Ion Exchange, UF, RO, NF; for Gen. Industries + Pharma systems.
- excellent negotiation skills
- take reporting from sale execs of their daily activities
- summary report to the management – of daily activities & status
- Develop new & maintain old customer relations
- Discuss clients’ requirements with proposal team in daily meeting, for a better understanding of the solution that is designed for the client.
