Job description
- Maintain relevant documents of company employees governing their employment
- Keep the Employees records updated
- Coordinating with management for Employees Appraisals, increments, training/development programs etc.
- Preparing employees’ salaries taking into account statutory deductions like PF, Gratuity etc.
- New Recruitment
- Ensuring compliances of Company policies and procedures
- Handling Administrative responsibilities wrt discipline, attendance records, employees travel support (hotels/ticketing etc.), employee welfare/safety
- Advising management on new policies and procedures
