Qualification: MBA (Finance), B. Com (Hons)
Working days: 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Entry of Monthly expenses in Tally hence candidate should be well versed in Tally
- Well versed with Indian Tax laws (TDS/GST/IT/PF/ESIC etc)
- Monthly Employees payroll with TDS and any other deductions applicable at the time of salary disbursement
- Taking care of contracts of new employees
- Fixed Asset Register/Stores Register to be maintained
- To maintain company books of accounts
- To ensure that the compliance of relevant statutory provisions of various Acts i.e. Income Tax, PT, GST, PF, ESIC
- To ensure that statutory timely payments of TDS, GST etc
- To take care of CBII audit as per German GAAP and Statutory Audit as per Indian GAAP with company auditors
- Take care of tax audit for the financial year as per the Indian GAAP
- To prepare the financial statements (monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual) as per Indian & German requirement
- Ensuring Compliance of Companies Act (with company secretariat support)
