Job description
- Answer in-bound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries whether they arrive by email or phone
- Inputting relevant information of new clients in the CRM system
- Provide customers with information regarding company’s services
- Process applications, forms and orders
- Handle and resolve customer complaints that fall within the responsibility of a
- Customer service representative.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, as per escalation protocol
- Route calls appropriately
- Relay messages to appropriate company employees as needed
- Return calls as per direction of operations manager and to customers who
- left message.
- Follow up with customers who have called, or emailed
- Document calls and service given into our systems
- Make daily outbound calls to engage clients and to seek collaboration Opportunities.
- Perform additional duty as per direction of call center supervisor
