Job Responsibilities:
- Handling team for Bioresearch Products especially in Research Institutes.
- Taking care of all the product related queries for the whole team.
- Coordinating between immediate supervisor and team.
- Actively involved in identifying and acquiring new customers who meets the criteria.
- Generation of business from New / Existing customers. Manage portfolio monitoring, for advisory.
- Managing the sales and marketing operations for promoting all the possible products available in company’s portfolio to the customer, thereby servicing all their research need.
- Effective management & Resolution of Customer complaints with service manager, Regular Client Visit.
- Providing direction motivation and training to the new joinees in the team.
- Provide feedback to seniors about various perceptions in the market and customers regarding impacting the brands perception and Image.
- They deal with Plasticware range like Axygen Inc., Genaxy, Corning; Glassware Range Genaxy; Chemicals & Kits like Gentrox, Serva, Qarta & MoBio; Instrument Range like Labnet ( Centrifuges, Laminar Flow, Deep Freezers, Electrophoresis Systems), Nuve, Hoefer, MPW etc.
- Technical Qualification: Must be aware about techniques of PCR, Gel Electrophoresis units, Gel Doc Systems, Centrifuges and knowledge about Laboratory Chemicals and Plasticwares.
