Position: Service engineers –Rectifiers
Location: Delhi / NCr.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Customer sites & independently handling after sales support including Commissioning for Electro plating Rectifier.
- Responsible for service related issues occurred customers end and help to solve their problems.
- Responsible for company product spare part sales and services.
- Manage all administration operations including preparation of quotation and reports etc.
- Educate customer about the installation, product usage, benefits and maintenance.
- Identify problems and record solutions for reference purpose.
- Candidates having experience on plating industries will be preferred.
- Should possess good analytical & problem solving skills.
- English written & verbal communication skills are must.
- Basic computer knowledge essential.
