2. Getting Approval of Drawings, BOQ and specifications of Materials
3. Preparation of Micro Level Project Execution Schedule ( Both Material & Execution)”
4. Preparation of Daily Project Report at site
5. Action Items on Points raised in DPR
6. Preparation of Project Snapshot
7. Sending running Project Schedule to Client
8. Updating Project Manager on the status of the project
9. Resolution of Site Issues
10. Ensuring quality and timely work from all contractors
11. Quality Assessment Report
12. Preparation of As Built BOQ
13. Taking Feed back from Customer
14. Preparation of As Built Man Hours
15. Preparation of measurement as per execution at site
