Position: Automotive Brake and Suspension Technician
Location: Sonipat Haryana
Experience: Min 4 years
Key Responsibility:
Experience :
Worked for 5 to 7 years in an automobile plant (OEM and not in the local garages / service station). The automotive plant can be a 2, 3 or 4 wheeler facility.
Responsibilities :
- Read Technical drawings
- Ability to diagnose the source of Mechanical and Drivability problems
- Repair / replace Braking Systems
- Repair / replace Suspension systems
- Perform inspection, service testing, maintenance, trouble shooting & repair of Disc and Drum braking system
- Understanding of Power brake system, ABS brakes including Vacuum and Hydraulics
- Installation of Shock Absorbers and Dampers / Struts components in the Suspension system
- Hands on experience in Wheel Alignment system and tyre balancing
- Should be able to suggest / alter the suspension setting based on the Indian road conditions and load factor
Strong communication skills
