Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing the quantity take-offs for civil, structural and architectural works, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing is a plus.
- Review of civil and architectural drawings and ensuring that the company’s QA/QC procedures are maintained.
- Assembling the bill of quantities for civil, structural and architectural works.
- Preparing specifications for civil and structural works.
- Review of quantity take-off prepared by contractors for on-going projects.
- Attending meetings with clients/owner representatives.
- Preparing contract and tender documents, planning process for job duration and procurement schedule.
Computer Skills: Primavera, Microsoft Project, AutoCad
