Designation: Project Coordinator
Location: Ireland
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years’ experience in the field
Salary: Handsome salary with accommodation and food allowances.
Sponsorship: Single, no family sponsorship and no family accommodation, Visa, air ticket, medical etc., yearly air ticket, and medical insurance will be provided.
Job Description:
- Reviews and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings and specifications for all construction projects
- Structural design and drafting of projects
- Preparing progress reports and statements
- Approving construction materials
- Arranging progress meetings with the contractors
- Coordinate monitoring and supervision of the projects undertaken by the Corporation
- Supervision of the project officers and construction activities
- Preparing estimates and designs for new projects
- Coordinate with the other departments and obtaining the required information to implement projects
- Any other work assigned by the HOD or immediate supervisor
Skills and Specifications
- Ability to work with Computer software such as MS Office package, AutoCAD etc.
- Ability to communicate in English (Written and Oral)
- Ability to manage and instruct the construction crew and other team members
