Job Responsibilities:
1.Generate an annual business plan for all crops and areas under his direct management.
2.Implement and manage his approved business plan to coincide with overall TAS business plan.
3.Liaise with other departments and managers to optimize the utilization of available resources within TAS.
4.Ensure that all inputs which are required for his field of responsibility are obtained timorously and cost effectively.
5.Endeavor to produce fresh produce of the highest possible quality within the limitations of the environment.
6.Ensure that all written and verbal reports required to fulfill his duties are delivered accurately and on time.
7.Motivate the labor force under his control to produce the highest level of productivity attainable.
8.Ability to operate and maintain farm implements and equipment.
