Position: Operations Manager
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
• Operation manager is responsible for coordinating with Managing Director/CEO, monitoring, analyzing and reporting the entire administrative works, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary. Following and ensuring the company meets all the compliance, laws, changes, etc.
• By managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics and reading and writing reports, operations managers play a vital role in any company. He will ensure that all the departments at the subsidiary office are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
• Operations managers also have to do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Able to monitor stock movement, forecasting and plan full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and
• efficiency
• Closely monitoring the shelf life, expiration dates to ensure maximum optimization
• of inventory.
• work closely with the accounting department to ensure compliance of payment
• terms VS orders by distributors/hospitals.
• Create policies, procedures for logistics activities.
• Maintain records, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably business.
• 5+ years of working experience
• Good communication skills, fluent English speaking, excellent written skills
• Office and software skills.
