Position: DGM – Sales

 Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

Candidates should have experience of understanding of RFP’s / NIT’s / Tender Notices / Online tendering as well as Reverse Bidding. He should have data bank of prospective clients as well both related to Facility Management and Electrical Engineer Project.

Responsibilities:

1. To look for the opportunities of New Business in Facility / Property / Project Management with Government, Private & Corporate Sector(s).
2. To meet prospective clients and to understand their expectations / requirements.
3. To understand the RFP’s / Tender Notices / NIT’s and to prepare summary report.
4. To visit sites and discuss scope of work with the clients and to prepare the Initial Site Survey Report.
5. To prepare the competitive proposals meeting the scope of work and deliverables.
6. To pitch the client for new business by giving presentations so as to get new business in Facility Management /Property Management as well as Project Management.
