Designation: Associate Director, Quality Assurance.
Job Location: China.
Qualification: B.Tech (EEE) Only.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience (with EMS company).
Salary: As per industry standard.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide QA team, Process and Supplier Quality Engineers, and inspectors to meet the continuously improving quality targets of the company for global customers.
2. Work with customers closely on quality issues and to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and achieve quality performance at all important stages, including customer’s incoming, in-process, and after sales; our factory’s outgoing, in-process, and incoming with reference to the set quality targets and to drive for continuous improvements.
4. Lead a team of quality managers, quality engineers and other managers/engineers in the factory, and work with suppliers, on quality failure and analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects, and to achieve continuous quality improvements.
5. Monitor suppliers’ performance and work with the suppliers to assure and improve the quality performance of their manufacturing processes.
6. Enhance quality systems through the development, refinement and implementation of related procedures.
7. Maintain and assure the effective implementation and compliance of industrial standard quality systems like ISO 9001, ISO14001, TL9000, OHSAS18001, TS 16949, etc., and customer specific quality system requirements.
