Job Description: Primary responsibility is to independently handle Accounts and Finance of the company - Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly schedules
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analyze financial statements. Report on variances.
- Plan and manage financial and tax audits and respond to reports independently
- Independently prepare direct & indirect tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
- Liaison with all external agencies like Tax departments and Chartered Accountants
- Document and monitoring of internal controls
- Other projects as assigned
- Manage financial statements needed for various projects and services like drawbacks
Requirement - Thorough knowledge of VAT, CST, EXCISE INCOME and SALES TAX
- Knowledge of Tally ERP is must
- Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting & Finance
- Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance theories
- At least 5-6 years of accounting/finance experience
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from Management
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
