Job Responsibilities:
• Supervision whole production area.
• Production & Planning.
• Manpower handling.
• Handling labor activities.
• Supervise cultural operations.
• Planning of the fertilizer distribution to improve the quality.
• Supervise the daily shade wise cultural operations.
• Planning of the fertilizer distribution to improve the quality and growth of products.
• Also responsible for the maintenance the daily activity and production reports.
• Product Hygienic & Quality control.
• Personal in charge in shift.
• Daily basis stock check & planning as per stock available.
• Analysis daily report of Production, Quality.
• Coordinating with other department viz. Maintenance, Quality Control &Quality Assurance, Sales & Marketing.
• Always involve in Solving the Problem of quality related issue by doing Root Cause analysis & build good system in Organization.
