Qualification: Graduate in commerce / Masters in commerce / MBA finance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience.
Minimum required skills: Well-versed in Microsoft excel, know how of ERPs.
Added Advantage: Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents, seeking approvals and processing payments for local and foreign vendors using cash or telegraphic transfer, intimating relevant parties regarding transfers.
- Processing payments to government authorities for custom duties, GST and TDS.
- Liaison with bank on matters related to payments.
- Processing payment for staff salaries and expense reimbursement.
- Preparing cash and bank reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Recording sales orders in the system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central) based on customer’s orders.
- Coordination with warehouse team for customer shipments to prepare relevant documents, seeking Finance Manager’s approval for the same.
- Receiving proof of deliveries and maintaining files for future reference.
- Tracking, preparing, and arranging shipping documents for online orders and managing orders cancelation (if any).
- Reconciliation and recording of monthly expenses related to online selling platform.
- Checking and recording freight and duty invoices and allocation of inbound freight and duties to inventory based on GRN.
- Checking and recording operating expenses after seeking necessary approvals.
- Supporting Finance Manager in preparation of monthly MIS reports.
