Location: UK

Company looking for person who has 15 years experience with below responsibilities:
- Oversees architectural design work for multiple projects at once.
- Approves the work of more junior design staff, and may serve as designer for more complex or larger projects.
- Manages and supervises all related activities of a staff of architects and technicians.
- Presents designs to clients in order to ensure satisfaction,makes revisions as necessary.
- Develops project budgets and work schedules; approves estimates.
- Directly manages the development of architectural designs and preliminary construction details.
- Ensures architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to the established specifications and standards.
- May prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to top management.
