KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall Contracts Administration and Commercials
- Should be specialised in Claims
- Experience in Contract Administration and Management for DMRC or other Metro project.
- Participate to preparation, data and document management, for the negotiation of claims and counterclaims
- Keep records of compliance of all contractual requirements (performance delivery dates, quantity etc)
- Advising the project teams in variations, protection of interests, review of variation orders; preparation / review of other claims, advice on and leading responses to claims.
- Estimation of Cost to complete for projects & close monitoring and reporting of project profitability.
- Management of Claims with Customer & Vendor, Bank Guarantees, Project Insurance and Other statutory compliances
Salary: Excellent as experience and capability.
