Main Responsibilities:
• The candidate must have been retained by a growing Transport and Logistics organization
• He must be from the Transport or the Logistics Industry
• Planning and Achieving Sales Targets and Sales led initiatives – outlet expansion, growth and experimentation etc. for the depot through a team of Sales Officers
• He needs to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• He should be actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• He should have his own client base .
• He would be required to meet the sales revenue, profit targets and manage collections.
• Maintain active client base, prospects and potential lead source lists.
• He would also be required to head the Northern region and manage the entire regional sales team and ensure that the Region Sales and Profit achievement targets are met.
• Evaluating market conditions & customer demands, creating fully integrated operations that drive revenue growth, improve profitability & outperform the competition.
