Responsibility:
•Teachers need to be happy to immerse in to a new cultural experience and be able to demonstrate and ability to adapt and differentiate delivery accordingly.
•You will be working with local Qatari students, delivering an CBSE curriculum and ideally will have previous CBSE curriculum teaching experience.
•Develop daily, unit and long-term lesson plans and assessments and assist in the development of curriculum standards and mapping.
•Teach students in a high quality, engaging way, while also creating and fostering a culture of achievement and community.
•Continuously assess student progress, analyze data, and differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs and maximize learning.
•Evaluate student work by providing written comments on all submitted assignments.
•Post a daily announcement in each course that motivates the students to participate in the daily lessons.
•Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
•Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
•Prepare required reports on students and activities.
•Responsible for seeing that the children’s daily notes are completed.
