Designation: Technical Lead Project Engineer
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering
Location: Ireland
Experience: 3-5 yrs

Main Responsibilities:
• Study of customer specifications & prepare competitive Techno-Commercial.
• Selection of Centrifugal Pump which involves calculating & sizing of equipment as per process datasheets/customer requirement and provide technical solutions to the bid, clients and other industry professionals. Check feasibility of the product and its compliance to tender document.
• Define complete scope of supply by studying customer technical specifications and prepare detailed scope sheet for equipment costing.
• Request quotations from equipment suppliers like Motor, Seal and Seal system, VFD, Couplings, Turbine, Strainer, ARC, Instruments, Gear box etc. as per customer/tender requirements. Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate commercially to get the best price in order to quote competitively in the market on price basis.
• Timely submission of Techno-Commercial offer on e-procurement websites within due date and time.
• Coordinating with customer & Sales Team and assist them in solving technical queries. Attend and participate in clients meeting, bid clarification meetings, technical discussions.
• Conduct Order Transfer Meeting after receipt of order with all the departments for transfer of order to Execution Team. Continuous support to Execution/Project Team & other departments for smooth execution of order in future.
• Active participation in Kick Off Meetings with customers after receipt of order for document approval, solving queries related to project.
• Assist Sales Team with budgetary selections of pumps. Building and maintaining strong relations with clients, generate business from existing clients and help in growing business of an organization.
