Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for working under Government Contracts.
- Supervising projects of Roof Mounted AC Package Unit (RMPU) like Installation, Daily Checking , Testing and Troubleshooting of Railway AC Coaches
- Liaisoning with Government Organizations, Clients etc.
- Responsible for Techno – Commercial activities of Contracts/Projects assigned
- Handle Client interactions, reports, and requirements.
- Ensure excellent Client’s service and maintain strong relationships with them. Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers/Vendors
- Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various Contracts/Projects covering a range of transactions.
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to Contracts/Projects.
Required Skills:
- Must have experience in HVAC, Elevator, Escalator
- Working with Government Contractors & Liaisoning is must
- Confident & Quick response, Pro-active in nature
- Strong client-facing, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills & presentation skills
