 Reported To :- Asst. General Manager Account

 Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisition, assessing manpower needs, preparing JD, with concern Department Heads
  • Handling Recruitment – Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, interviewed and Reference Checks
  • Responsible for preparation/issuing of Employment letters and Ensuring the completion of joining formalities
  • Review and Maintenance of Organisation chart
  • Maintaining employee master data,personal File, Record of Employees.
  • Monitoring attendance records, leave records of Employees.
  • Timely preparation of salary slip and Salary Data
  • Preparation of Full and Final Settlement
  • Formulation & implementation HR Policy and Other company policies
  • Monitoring of Personal Files & Record of the employees
  • Ensuring All legal compliance in relation to HR & Admin like saturatory compliance, ,labour welfare fund.
  • Preparation of Invitation letter for Japanese/Foreign guest, VISA arrangement, FRRO registration
  • All administration work  such as Ticket booking, Hotel arrangement, car Booking, cordination with cab service provider etc.
  • Golf Booking as per management order.
  • To cover the employee under health insurance and accidental insurance.
  • General Welfare and  pantry Management
  • Arrange CSR activities
  • Provide Support to Manager Finance & Accounts
  • Coordinate for PF & ESI of Employees.
  • Purchasing of the Material related to the House keeping , Sationary Pantry.
  • Preparation of bank letters as guided By Manager Finance & Accounts.
  • Maintain record of Employees body temperature and Family health conditions
  • Coordinate with sales members and preperaton of Diaries and Calender for the customer.
  • Coordinate with all Drivers and check LOG Sheet on month end.
  • Arrange Courier time to time
