Work Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from office only)
Your tasks:
- Data entry and processing of orders
- Validation of all order transactions in SAP system (SAP MM)
- Examination of order confirmations and purchase invoices
- Article master data maintenance
- Ensuring material availability
- Being the counterpart of German procurement department
- Direct interaction with internal external parties. This involves working closely with suppliers to develop business relationships that help facilitate a more streamlined approach to sourcing while ensuring high levels of service are maintained.
Your skills:
- Knowledge in SAP material management
- Experienced in MS Office package (esp. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Autonomous work in accordance with specifications and an above-average expectation in respect of quality
- An independent, process-oriented and proactive way of working
- Very good English skills both in writing and speaking. Clear and understandable pronunciation as close contact to German procurement dept
- Experience in dealing with international customers preferable
Major Role
- He will receive purchase requests automatically generated by SAP system or manually from dept by email.
- He has to verify in SAP MM system if order is genuine by checking stock levels, consumption of product and typical order quantity.
- He has to release purchase orders in SAP system
- He has to verify order confirmation and confirmed delivery date and update in the system
- He has to check the delivery notes
- He has to check the invoices
- He will be in daily contact with German procurement dept and other depts.
