KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience on All latest brands phones and Laptop repairing like Apple, DELL, HP, IBM, LENOVO, TOSHIBA, SONY, WIPRO etc.
- Responsible for repairing of windows & Android Based Laptops and Mobiles
- Installing the basic OS and the supporting software as per the guidelines of Laptop/Mobile.
Installation, Troubleshooting Mobile/Laptop Hardware - Testing and Troubleshooting of various brands of Servers, Network Switches, Routers (Dell, IBM, HP, Sunmicrosystems, Cisco etc.)
- Handling SLA & Customer Online Support.
