Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical (preferred) / Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 05-07 years relevant experience in hard core procurement functions (P to P)
Note:-Candidate must have his own conveyance (vehicle).
Job Responsibilities:
➢ Develop and implement supply chain strategies by effective coordination among internal and external stake holders for achieving
set Goals/Target and at the same time following strictly defined purchase procedures, systems without any deviation.
➢ Developing new / alternate material/outsourcing vendors to achieve cost saving and mitigating supply chain risk.
➢ Floating enquires, inviting competitive bids and finalizing rate contracts and release of purchase orders
➢ Continuously improve business controls and adopt innovative methods to achieve the same.
➢ Ensures on time availability of all required material for both Manufacturing and Trading business.
➢ Ensures inventory control and liquidate slow moving/obsolete inventory and introduce method to prevent its accumulation.
➢ Develop and implement standard best industrial practice / processes in supply chain
➢ Responsible for constantly work to achieve cost reduction
➢ Improve internal customer satisfaction
➢ Hand on with Vendor development and improvement methodology.
➢ Ensuring Compliance to defined statutory and guidelines of code of conduct
Key Success Factors:
➢ Quick in learning Company’s business.
➢ Expertise and hands-on good experience in Price negotiation & ERP system.
➢ Develop strong relationship with suppliers and internal customers.
➢ Achieving set target related to Cost & No shortage
➢ Develop and implement effective Purchase control systems /strategies to ensure smooth working
➢ Familiarity with TS/ISO/REACH/ROHS systems
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
➢ Hands on experience in working with ERP system
➢ Capable of supporting a positive, team based work environment and create positive work environment.
➢ Facilitate quick decision making.
➢ Strong written and oral English communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills
➢ Fully conversant with Commercial terms pertaining to sourcing (i.e. GST regulations etc)
