Office Days & Timings:- 5 days, 9.30 a.m.to 6.30 p.m.
Job Location:- North Delhi
Purpose of Role
Take up the charge of the Shop drawings being submitted to the clients from our end. The candidate
will handle the complete cycle of a project starting from estimation to the completion of the project in a timely manner without compromising the quality of the drawings.
Responsibilities
- Project estimations in line with client budgets.
- Creating high level shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details as
per AWI/ AWMAC or any specific client standards.
- Quality checks of drawings being submitted to clients for their review.
- Timely submission of projects.
- Fluent project communication with clients over calls and emails including kick off calls.
- Team handling
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, any other software knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of design and detailing for millwork and other material like tile and
stone.
- Good Knowledge of finishes or materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Good understanding of AWI standards.
- Excellent organisational skill
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
