Designation: Lead Designer – Distribution Transformers
Industry Type: Manufacturing
Job Location: Manesar Gurgaon (stationed in Manesar office, Though it is a global profile where he will be interacting and might meet with the clients overseas.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Specialization in Amorphous Metal Distribution Transformers (AMDT) .
- Hands on experience in designing AMDT till 2500kVA ( till 33kV).
- Shall be able to design independently without depending on system Software.
- Must have strong Electro Mechanical Design fundamentals .
- Hands on experience in designing of AMDT suitable to IEC/ ANSI test requirements.
- Knowledge on Amorphous Transformers overall manufacturing set up , Process of core loops manufacturing , resolving production issues , Stream lining Production activities, Optimizing factory lay out for efficient material movement , AMDT testing and troubleshooting is required.
- Back ground shall be from transformer industry ( strict requirement ) .
