Designation: Accountant
Industry: automobile parts / auto accessories background.
Job Location: Delhi/Ncr
Experience: min 7 yrs+
Job Responsibilities:
- Recording of all sales transaction and issuing invoices to customers
- Follow up with customer / Sales rep of all due receivable by sending statement of account, email and phone follow up.
- Recording of payments received from customer on a lively basis.
- Monitor the inventory level and prepare purchase order request from Head office.
- Manage the stock count on a monthly basis.
- Record all trade payable and making request for the payment to the head office.
- Preparing and managing all the company overheads, recording and making payment request
- Creating and recording monthly journal.
- Providing monthly reports and adhoc reports to Head office as per the head office format.
- Assisting Head office to prepare budgets
- Assisting statutory financial audits and tax audits.
- Assisting Consultant to file the tax return on timely basis
- Handling prepayments (Recording and creating monthly JVs)
- Recording accruals, and other local payables related to operations
- Checking and recording freight bills / freight & duty allocation and processing payment for freight
- Recording overseas trade payables after coordination with accounts and logistics team
- Liaising with bank for all bank correspondence.
- Processing expense reimbursement and wages for overseas staff
- Checking, seeking approvals and processing payments for staff expense reimbursements
- Support month-end and year-end closing process.
Note:- Candidate should also have experience using web based ERP system like NetSuite etc.
Preferably from automobile parts / accessories background.
Salary: Excellent as experience and capability.
