Designation:  Technical/Customer Support Representative

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0 to 4 Years

Job Requirement:

• To answer the phones/e-mails and support our customers on their system level products.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose use issues regarding company systems
• Document problems and solutions in a central database, escalating them when necessary
• Communicate effectively with other functions to meet customer needs
• Develop technical expertise regarding company products, systems and services

Job Specification:

• Academic Degree(s) Req: Bachelors in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience Required: Customer facing, IT, Computer, AV, Troubleshooting via phone or electronically
• Specialized Skill(s) Req.: Computer experience (networking, software troubleshooting, programming)
• Shifts – Required to do all shifts. Our operations will run 24/7. Cab will be provided for odd hour shifts.
