Position: Sr. Sales Executive-Client Servicing
Location: Delhi/NCR
Roles & Responsibilities:
Your main duty will be to interact and sell our stock to those wholesale clients and then get them to re-order again when the next collection is launched by company.
• Everyone hates pushy sales agents and so do we.
• We expect you to be customer-focused and help them to understand how Islamic Design House can help them grow their business
• and even if it turns out some will not benefit, then don’t be afraid to say so
• but a better outcome will be to feed-back to the business on how we can solve their problems too
• Be able to help our clients overcome their obstacles to buying our products o Confident enough to explain why they should buy our products when they can get cheaper products from elsewhere
• Wise enough to explain why they need to act when they say then need time to think about it
• Identify when our clients are looking to replenish their stock and best way to approach them
• Our customers are based all over the world so excellent and clear English is a must and other languages are a bonus, especially Arabic and if you don’t know their language then be able to figure out how to translate.
• Look after the customer from when you first contact them until they have received their good and then doing follow-ups to ascertain how the customer is getting on.
• Ensuring that customers are making payments for their order
• Manage the logistics team to ensure they are fulfilling the orders.
• Finding solutions on how to deliver their orders or when orders are late or stock is missing
Our clients mostly order via our wholesale website and you will be expected to communicate with them via a variety of mediums such as:
• Email
• WhatsApp
• telephone call via our CRM tool (BaseCRM)
We will give you an insight to company and its products and some basic training on the tools we use but really, we expect you to know how to talk to prospects and customers, manage a sales process and customer care, and have the foresight to keep your sales skills up to date with the latest trends.
Our clients are from all countries most of our clients are in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Americas, so good spoken English is important.
