Position: Senior Executive Quality Assurance Manager
Experience: 10 years

Job Responsibilities:-
• Preparation of “Site master file.” ( SMF )
• Vendor development & do vendor Audit
• Preparation of “Batch manufacturing record.” ( BMR )
• Preparation of “Batch packaging record.” ( BPR )
• Review of BMR/BPR.
• Preparation of “Product quality review.” ( PQR )
• A team member of self inspection team.
• Preparation of “Process validation protocol.” ( PVP )
• Preparation of “Quality manual.: ( QM )
• Actively take part in ‘Venders evaluation, assessment & approval.
• Prepare approved venders list.
• Document generation ,distribution retrieval, achieving and retention.
• Generation and issuance of batch documents.
• Handling of deviation alone or with change control system.
• Collection, storage, retrieval and disposal of control samples of finished formulations.
• Maintenance of control sample room.
• Collection and submission of finished products for stability studies.
• Batch numbering.
• Terminal inspection, approval and release of products for dispatch.
• Generation of Item codes.
• Handling of market complaints.
• Numbering of different documents.
• Change control system.
• Preparation, revision and approval of standard operating procedure.
• Control over the confidential documents.
• Handling and disposal of ‘return goods and waste products.
• Prepare the general housekeeping and cleaning procedure.
• Actively take part in the audits.
• Behalf of seniors providing the training to the junior staff & workers.
• Working guidelines to the freshers & juniors and workers related to – “ How to practice in the pharmaceutical industry.
