JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior.
• Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedure for operation and functioning of the school including instructional programs, extracurricular activities ,discipline system.
• School Time Table framing .
• Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs.
• Checking the teacher’s dairy on a daily and weekly basis.
• Co-ordination with the teachers on the performance of the students.
• Scrutinizing the exercise copies of the students.
• Scrutinizing the answer Scripts of the examinations in co-ordination with teachers.
• Arranging and attending subject coordination meetings.
• Establish a professional rapport with students and Staff.
• Assume responsibility for the health, Safety,and welfare of students, employees and visitors.
• Establish schedules and procedures for the supervision of students in non class room areas.
• Maintain visibility with students by taking classes in higher level, meeting with teachers, parents and the Board.
• Communicate regularly with parents, Seeking their support and advice.
• Maintain positive, cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with staff, parents and Board.
