Job Description
Responsibilities
• Understanding and assessing client’s requirement, sharing proposals and presentation
• Responsible for maintaining and managing strong relationship with client with minimal time
• Ensure continuous client satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with the client to ensure service satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Should have handled event projects
• Respond to all issues, queries and concerns raised by clients
• Should be able to monitor or deliver projects timely
• Should have content writing experience
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to resolve conflicts and bring out convergence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously.
Requirements
• Excellent presentation both oral and written skills are required
• Should have event agency experience
• Preferably from a Mass Communication background
• Must be a graduate (any field). Preferably a post-graduate.
• Should be open to working late hours and should be flexible in terms of time management
