Position: Robotic Engineer
Location: Rohini Sector 5, New Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team and other members of the engineering team to understand and document design requirements and implement a solution.
- Concept Development, 3D Modeling, 2D Drawing, Manufacturing Overlook, Installation & commissioning Test and documenting development projects
- Take responsibility for complete design and manufacturing of SPM, fixtures, Part drawings, Assembly drawings and BOM for entire lifecycle of the project.
- Solve problems at the shop floor by working closely with the production engineers in the machine manufacturing and assembly process.
- Plan, coordinate and execute release plans and QA and be an integral part in discussions with end client about requirements.
- Leading the mechanical team which designs, manufactures and installs projects.
- Leading design from scratch for new products/machines.
- Reviewing designs for possible pitfalls.
- Supervising manufacturing team and helping them in the same.
- Auditing installations at client site.
- Managing procurement of parts/components.
- Supporting sales team with concepts for solutions being pitched.
- Special Purpose Machine & Automation Solutions Designing from Concept to Final stage.
- Project Planning, Review, Project Documentation and Customer Interaction.
- Product selection & configuration based on the applications
- Conducting Demos, Proof of concept to the customers
- Ensuring cost effective design, meeting required standards
- Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
- Technical support to plant & engineering team as a subject matter expertise for SPM, Mechatronics. And low-cost Automation.
- Scheduling of work to complete the project assigned and ensure timely delivery of project and solution
