Job Description: –
- 5+ years of experience as an execution head/project manager handling civil construction, renovation and interior residential projects
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects
- Analyze and guide space and design planning for implementation of interior design
- Manage designers’ calendars, arrange stakeholder meetings, and maintain sample
- Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are
- Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified
- Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.
- Negotiating construction fees with contractors and subcontractors, procuring materials, maintaining required documentation, and setting and communicating deadlines for key deliverables
- Managing supply sourcing, activation onto projects, back-ups, availability, OTA and productivity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Civil engineering background with strong technical skills
- Good knowledge and network of quality contractors
