Designation: Project Coordinator

Location      :  Maldives.

Experience:     Min 7 years of hands on experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Project Coordinator 

Administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project

Manager, aiming the flawless execution of the project.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Reviews and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings and specifications for all construction projects

2. Structural design and drafting of projects
3. Preparing progress reports and statements
4. Approving construction materials
5. Arranging progress meetings with the contractors
6. Coordinate monitoring and supervision of the projects undertaken by the Corporation
7. Supervision of the project officers and construction activities
8. Preparing estimates and designs for new projects
9. Coordinate with the other departments and obtaining the required information to implement projects.
10. Any other work assigned by the HOD or immediate supervisor

Skills and Specifications

1. Ability to work with Computer software such as MS Office package, AutoCAD etc.
2. Ability to communicate in English (Written and Oral)
3. Ability to manage and instruct the construction crew and other team members
4. Familiar with FIDIC contract
5. Able to draft construction contracts
6. Project management and project planning skills

Education & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years’ experience in the field
