Designation: CNC Programmer- CNC Shop
Location: Lucknow
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Production)
Domain Knowledge Required:
Day to day Supervision and Shop planning Work Experience in CNC shop
Managing Workmen and Helpers for the Production
Drawing Reading Ability, Understanding of basic CNC Programming
Basic knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures, Cutting Tools
Knowledge of Limits, Fit and Tolerances, GD&T,
Experience of working on Steel, Stainless steel and High Alloy Machining
Roles & Responsibility:
Handling of workmen & Helpers and responsible for output in shifts and ensuring no Loss hrs.
Ensuring the loading of component on Machine and routing the same.
Planning for the next job loading, checking of Drawing & Program Availability, Tool Kit , Inspection Instruments & spare Inserts availability
Maintaining 5S in Shop and Office.
Plan and coordinate Dispatch Activities on daily basis.
Making the Production Report and responsible for the output in the shift.
Regular Checking and ensuring the proper filling of Logbook of the by the machine Operators
Reviewing the Inspection Report from QC and guiding the Operators for the corrective action
Others:
