KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining MIL as per Production schedule with reference to BOM (Bill of Material)
• Maintaining Stock report
• Preparing GRN at the time of Material Inwards
• Issuing Material to Production and take back the balance RM from WIP .
• Checking Physically the material receipt vis a vis with the Qty in Invoice
• Sales Return material to be weighed and kept in a designated area and shall be taken decision with 7 Days after approval from QC .
• All entries are to be done in SAP only .
• Stock shall always tally in physical with SAP Report .
• PO shall be made in SAP after approvals from HODs
• Packing Material , Stationary and Consumables Store also to be maintained
• Daily Stock report to be sent to Management alongwith the valuation of stock with Ageing report
• Should be very fluent in MS Excel
• Should have worked in some ERP – if SAP then better
Able to handle stores independently, maintaining and controlling of inventory, Must be able to handle logistics, dispatches, central excise and administration. Co-ordinate with other departments.
