Location: Sonipat (Haryana)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have experience in internal and external audit by Pharmaceutical
- Should have fair knowledge of pharma packaging material
- Responsible for handling overall Quality Assurance activities
- Pre dispatch inspection and release of product.
- Implementation and Co-ordination for validations.
- Plan and co-ordinate for housekeeping audits, IQA, etc.
- Deviation and Change control handling.
- Data analysis of deviations, complaints.
- Line clearance for Dispensing, Manufacturing, coding / Printing, Packing, etc.
- Ensuring in-process instruments calibration.
- On-line inspections and on the job training.
- Third party audits if required.
- Compilation of data for annual product review.
- Good team building, Positive attitude and Inspired
- Make final inspection report after complete all testing.
- Check all packaging material like core plug, corrugated box, edge guard, pvc core etc.
- Daily check all weighing balance production floor, lab, adhesive room, basement, slitting out area the weight.
- Check the adhesive mixing ratio, cleaning of adhesive and hardner drum &put the signature on the drum.
- Check the cleaning of the lamination machine before starting the production.
- Make comparison report of all raw materials
