Qualification: Graduate (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 10+ years
Job Responsibilities:
• Prefer a person who has knowledge in Soap Manufacturing.
• Should have overall knowledge in production and engineering and warehouse operations
• Should be able to do production planning and factory maintenance of Soap Machines
• Handling all the operations pertaining to packaging, production, planning and control.
• Expertise in managing operations involving resource planning, production planning, materials planning, in- process inspection, team building and co-ordination with the internal departments.
• Adept at carrying out various tests and inspection for various processes and checking the quality standards of final goods.
• Deftness in handling production operations for manufacturing and accountable for quality service.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of utilizing a process-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of cost, profit, service & organizational goals.
• A mature well experienced person who should work independently
