Position: International Business development manager
Location: Noida
Company Details: One of the fastest growing modest fashion companies in India deals in all Islamic designer dresses like Abaya, Burqa, Batula, Hijab, Mukena, Niqaab.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership in generated leads, follow-up and provide proactive updates to clients
- Make suggestions to both clients and internal for improving processes
- Co-ordinate a uniform approach with the client, ensuring a consistency of interaction with key client contacts at all levels and establish a rapport that allows for joint strategic and tactical planning
- Record all Client interactions (e.g. calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications)
- Reviewed customer’s complaints and initiate solutions in an effective and timely manner
- Provide expert level assistance and support for conversions
- Researched and responded to client queries as required.
- Provided assistance in report development to senior account management.
- Oversaw maintenance and updating of client communication logs.
- Conducted performance audits on a regular basis and as needed.
- Extensive account management experience
- Enhanced operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating processes, including receiving, utilizing subfolders, and improving client communication methods.
