Location: Bahrain

Company is looking for a person who has 15 years experience with below given responsibilities :

• Oversees architectural design work for multiple projects at once.
• Approves the work of more junior design staff, and may serve as designer for more complex or larger projects.
• Manages and supervises all related activities of a staff of architects and technicians.
• Presents designs to clients in order to ensure satisfaction,makes revisions as necessary.
• Develops project budgets and work schedules; approves estimates.
• Directly manages the development of architectural designs and preliminary construction details.
• Ensures architectural design work is completed on time and adheres to the established specifications and standards.
• May prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to top management.
